Directed by Roberto Di Suna, “Respawn” stars Matty Mila and contract star Octokuro. The scene opens with a lucky guy scoring a new VR video game known for groundbreaking graphics, uncensored content, and challenging gameplay. After putting on his headset, he customizes Octokuro as a chainsaw-wielding cheerleader and starts the level. She’s in a creepy basement and is immediately attacked by an infected woman, Maty Mila. Octokuro is overrun by a parasite on the floor and gurgling. Maty rips off her clothes, plays with herself, and then the two scissor.
Annoyed, the player starts the game again, and the chainsaw-wielding cheerleader Octokuro gets attacked and infected once more. It’s déjà vu but with different sex acts—kissing and licking each other’s pussies. The player tries it a third time with the same type of possession and more sex. On the player’s fourth try, Octokuro gets her vengeance, only to find it’s a tutorial.
