(HOLLYWOOD, Calif. / January 14, 2024) — Matt Slayer, host of the popular And Now We Drink, is excited to announce that the iconic show has been nominated or Favorite Adult Podcast in AVN’s 2024 Fan-Voted Awards.
It’s the second AVN nomination for And Now We Drink, the podcast that feels like “the conversation at the end of the bar” featuring your favorite adult film stars, writers, comedians, musicians and actors. Concerning itself with more than just titillating tales and shocking revelations, the entertaining show is a no-holds-barred exploration of diverse and fascinating aspects of human sexuality.
Native Chicagoan Slayer, a former private investigator and roadie, was also nominated by both AVN and XBIZ in 2018, in the category of Best Non-Sex Performance, for his memorable comic role in Joanna Angel’s Jews Love Black Cock.
“I’m thrilled and a little surprised AVN is still willing to honor me with nominations,” Slayer joked. “Must mean I’m not doing something completely wrong. The public is invited to vote for their favorite adult podcasts, performers, cam models and creators in their respective Fan-Voting categories until the deadline at noon on Saturday, January 27, 2024—the same day as the 41st annual AVN Awards Show.
