(HOLLYWOOD, Calif. / January 11, 2025) — And Now We Drink podcast host Matt Slayer is pleased to announce that he will be a panelist at North America’s largest adult industry conference, the XBIZ Show in Hollywood, next Wednesday, Jan 15.
Slayer will participate in the panel discussion, “Media Training for Adult Professionals,” along with adult stars Cherie DeVille, Maitland Ward and Casey Calvert, performer/podcaster Myra Moans, and writer Noelle Perdue, to discuss ways to develop skills to effectively communicate with the press and advocate for the adult industry.
“For the past nine years, members of the adult community have come on And Now We Drink to share their stories,” Slayer said. “The importance of having a cohesive public brand is that it reveals facets that people can attach to. It humanizes someone they see on the screen, and makes them want to connect with you and become devoted fans.”
“I don’t interview my guests; I have conversations with them and provide a platform to discuss subject matter that they don’t often get the chance to talk about in a public forum. The “Media Training for Adult Professionals” panel will take place Wednesday, January 15 at 11:00am in the Nichols II Ballroom of the Kimpton Everly Hollywood Hotel, at 1800 Argyle Ave. in Hollywood.

Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, Matt Slayer began his work in the adult industry as hired muscle handling security, roadie-work, and physical invoice assistance, all with relative charm and minimal intoxication.
