LAS VEGAS—Adult star Amber Chase has published her second nonfiction book, Counting on Me Not My Body Count: 365 Days of Sensual Resilience for the Modern Woman.
“Not your typical self-help journal—this is a full-on invitation to rewrite your story, reclaim your power, and celebrate every wild, beautiful part of who you are. Over the course of 365 days, this journal delivers edgy, playful and empowering prompts designed to help you turn your past into fuel for an unstoppable future,” a book synopsis reads.
The self-help publication contains “actionable exercises, reflective challenges, and creative rituals,” developed and suggested by Chase as a daily guide toward a more sex-positive philosophy and mindset.
“It’s all about breaking free from outdated judgments, owning your story, and stepping boldly into the life you deserve—one that radiates self-love, fierce confidence, and unapologetic femininity,” the synopsis continues. “Whether you’re learning to let go of regret, set powerful boundaries, or simply savor every moment of your vibrant life, every page is a reminder that your past doesn’t define you. Your resilience does.”
The new book follows the publication of Chase’s first prayer-based title, Jesus Loves Me and My Body Count. The adult performer/author said the two volumes will be part of an ongoing series aimed at female empowerment that Chase titled They Gossip About You Anyway, which “flips the script on the double standards of women’s sexuality. In a world where judgment and gossip run rampant, these books stand as a defiant celebration of feminine power, sensuality, and raw authenticity.”
Counting on Me Not My Body Count: 365 Days of Sensual Resilience for the Modern Woman and Jesus Loves Me and My Body Count are now both available on Amazon.
