The 2024 National Swinger Olympics, POCONOS, and ASN Awards Show scheduled for August 22nd – 25th, 2024, White Haven, Pennsylvania, is being relocated to The Private Affair, Port Deposit, Maryland, after the notification of damages/repairs, beyond our control and estimating 90 days, following the recent weather affecting our region. Our recent site visit this past weekend has determined it was within the best interest of our clients/ guests attending to be relocated ensuring its success and safety.
Individuals that have already purchased lodging will be contacted using the email/information provided starting on Monday, August 12th, 2024, through Wednesday, August 14th, 2024, in part of the relocation of all our current clients. All completed invoices received will be honored. All available hotel information will be available tomorrow for individual booking. Exotic Events and ASN Lifestyle Magazine will not accept any new requests for accommodations as part of this notice. Event passes will still be available until August 23rd, 2024 for purchase allowing full access to all attractions. Individuals not purchasing the full access pass are required to reserve through The Private Affair at www.ThePrivateAffair.com .
For the first time in their history, The Private Affair will be opening their doors at 6:00pm and hosting the ASN Lifestyle Awards on Saturday, August 24th, 2024. Awarding 27 separate categories and three separate special awards. TPA is proud to afford their members the ability to meet our Nation’s best from across the nation in addition to the ability to attend seminars/classes offered by Nationally Accredited/Recognized leaders in the Lifestyle.
