(Los Angeles, CA / November 10, 2025) – Award-winning director, producer, photographer and media entrepreneur Holly Randall has been nominated for a 2026 XBIZ Exec Award in the category of ‘Creator Businessperson of the Year’.

With over two decades in the adult industry, Randall has built a multimedia empire under her banner Holly Randall Productions, directing for major brands such as Penthouse, Playboy, Twistys, Brazzers and Wicked Pictures. She has published five best-selling photography books through GOLIATH, hosted the Playboy TV series Adult Film School and Digital Playground’s DP Star, and launched the long-running podcast Holly Randall Unfiltered, which now boasts over 400 episodes.

The XBIZ Exec Awards spotlight the most visionary professionals driving the future of adult entertainment. Nominees are selected for their leadership, business acumen, and meaningful contributions to the community. The 2026 ceremony will be held on Wednesday, January 14, during the annual XBIZ Honors event in Los Angeles.

A luminary in the world of erotic storytelling, Holly Randall was destined for a life behind the lens. Born in Hollywood, California to legendary photographer Suze Randall – an industry trailblazer as one of adult’s first female photographers and filmmakers- Holly’s affinity for photography and filmmaking was cultivated from an early age.
