Jay E. Moyes is an artist who specializes in fetish artwork. He is also the owner of High Octane Heart Media and PR.
After beginning his career in the adult industry in San Francisco in the 1990s, Moyes eventually relocated to Los Angeles and has worked in the industry ever since.
When Jay joined AVN in 1999, he was assigned to the art and archives department. Before moving on to other things, he eventually became the production manager.
Moyes would partner with Sherry Ziegelmeyer to establish Black and Blue Media, a public relations firm that would exclusively focus on adult companies.
When Ziegelmeyer went away in 2020 due to cancer, he was left with the responsibility of closing the company and starting High Octane Heart.
Jay is the proprietor of High Octane Heart Media and Public Relations, which provides services to small adult businesses.
Mistress Mia Darque, Studio 58 Events, and Mistress Cyan’s kinky franchises, such as Sanctuary Studios and DomCon, are among the clientele currently being served. He also works with The Dungeon Store, a selected collection of high-end BDSM goods.
