The U.S. will no longer require travelers to show proof of a negative Covid test before boarding flights to the country.
This week, we are delighted to report that effective this past Sunday, June 12, air travelers no longer need to take Covid-19 tests before their flights to the U.S.A. This is a welcome change that is expected to boost travel worldwide. The rule applies to all travelers — vaccinated and unvaccinated.
Non-U.S. citizens flying to the U.S.A. no longer need to test negative a day prior to departure, however, they are still required to be fully vaccinated. Please note that other countries’ entry requirements should be verified before travel. To check entry requirements, ask your LLV Club travel agent or visit the U.S. Embassy website for the country you plan to visit or that country’s health ministry.
