Zaragoza Studios, an ASN Awards finalist, has announced the formation of an in-house public relations firm. Zaragoza Public Relations will handle all publicity regarding all Zaragoza Studios releases including performer profiles, announcements and arranging publicity and interviews. Sofia Zaragoza, also an ASN Awards finalist, is a producer and performer who believes that by attaching her family name to the Studio and PR firm communicates the values of her efforts. “We want the adult industry to know that the Zaragoza name means that we are a family. We are adding public relations to our family so that those who work with us know who we are.
The current trend to hire outside firms who communicate their vision for a fee rather than the studio’s vision are a throwback to former times when men decided what was said, who performed and what the performers were asked to do. Zaragoza believes that a family approach creates an image of integrity and personal responsibility for the quality of the work and the workplace. “Success means a happy and productive family and that will show on the screen. Every level of staff will feel heard and valued.”
Zaragoza Public Relations will be led by Ron Zaragoza a writer, publicist and union officeholder who brings decades of experience to Zaragoza Studios. He believes the template for studio success can be seen at Zaragoza Studios.
