Zap Wrinkles and Lines with Facerobics

Your face earns you money so it can be scary when you see those lines. Facerobics is a natural way to help.

Do you remember that shocking day you woke up, looked in the mirror and visibly noticed your skin was aging?

    The horror!

Well, let’s nix the horror right now – be happy you have wrinkles, they’re a good alternative to a coffin. Of course, if you’re twenty and still enjoying flawless skin, don’t worry it’ll happen to you too (said with jealousy), so read on, because it’s never too late to start a face routine. You’ll thank me years from now. Promise.

As models your face earns you money so it can be scary when you realize your youthful skin is fading.

Many will tell you that the trick to growing older is doing it with grace, accepting the wrinkles like battle scars – or my favorite, that wearing your age shows “character.” Maybe, but you don’t have to take it lying down. It’s no fun to see your bright-eyed youthful appearance slip from your fingers and it can drive desperation toward spending thousands if not hundreds of thousands on Botox, filler and even surgery. If you’re liquid enough to keep it up, great, but for those who don’t have the bank accounts to support the outrageous cost or don’t want to put anything artificial into your body, try Facerobics.

Facerobics is exactly what it sounds like – aerobics for the face.

I heard about Facerobics from my facialist who swore by it. She looks incredible at 47 so I stood up and listened. Passionate about skin, she had done all the research to find the best program on YouTube, scouring hundreds of channels, trying different routines. There are a ton out there claiming their system is best, and you’re welcome to try them, but I can verify Facerobics works. Because it has for me.

Facerobics is the brainchild of an Australian woman named Peta in her mid-sixties who barely has a line on her face. Peta’s living proof her technique is solid, and she has loads of positive reviews to back it up (check out all the comments on her YouTube channel). As a caveat, the program is a learning curve and takes about fifteen minutes a day. It’s not going to happen for you without putting in the commitment; but it really does deliver!

On top of it, Facerobics is FREE (though I suggest buying Peta’s $39 book to get started and if you really love it you can even join her face gym for a monthly fee).

Through Peta, you learn to work the tiny muscles on your face, where they are, how much to move them, how little and more. When you first start the routine it’s overwhelming, and you probably won’t feel you’re doing the exercises right, but be patient, follow her instructions and you’ll learn.

I personally have been doing Facerobics for about a year and have seen dramatic results including lifting of drooping around the mouth, minimizing or eliminating lines around the eyes, forehead and neck, and brightening of skin. My face just glows. I look younger now than I did five years ago.

Once again, it is a commitment, if you don’t have the time or willpower to learn the series and do it religiously it isn’t going to help you – stick with saving up your cash for Botox and more or just go au natural. But, if Facerobics sounds like something that you’d like to try, stick with it, it will give you amazing results.

To get started, head over to Peta’s YouTube channel and watch her intro video. Good luck and happy turning back the hands of Father Time!
